It was with great delight that I came across Jeffrey Mark Ostrowski's special project in which he sets the Psalms to Gregorian Chant. One of the musical losses in the present age of Church Music has been the unfortunate ignorance of Gregorian Chant. This mystical and inspirational music was chanted for centuries in the great Monastic Institutions of the world as the monks proclaimed through the Psalms God's glory in their daily prayer and at the Holy Mass.
